Hone

Every cadence has a down cycle. When your foot is going back to the pavement, or after a big race. After a grant is submitted, we take a breath, review what went right, identify improvements, and prepare for the next thing. Honing programs to be more impactful, creating more compelling stories, and improving our understanding of ourselves, our funders, and our competitors and peers. By taking the time to review and understand, we are better prepared for the next opportunity, whether that is next week or next year.
